Today’s Marking – A Fingerprint in the Venus Zone
Where: The Venus zone is the fleshy mound where the thumb is attached. It is the feminine area of the hand. Venus is all about luxury, play, fun, delight, beauty, sensuality, and romance.
What: A fingerprint in this area, which is relatively rare compared to most prints found in the palm of the hand, means that these characteristics are important to you…part of who you are.
Master path = Allowing yourself to bring fun, play, pleasure and luxury into your life, being connected to your sensuality. All without over-indulging of course! I have a print in Venus, I do love dark chocolate, it feels like a little bit of luxury to me, and I admit I over-indulge! So much of me is about fun and play, and I ride my horse Scarlett as often as I can.
Student path = Either denying this part of you and not allowing yourself life’s little pleasures (and big ones!) and fun, OR, over-indulging which can look like addiction, eating too much, overuse of porn, having so much fun as to avoid responsibility, etc. Often people go back and forth, as we all experience both master and student path. So…I eat too much dark chocolate. I know it’s good for me to a point – but probably not by the bucket full. (Just kidding, that’s the playful Venus part of me)

A PERSONAL NOTE
Directly above my head! Actually mine and Scarlett’s while we were riding in Belmar Park the other day. It was hard to take the shot straight up, but there it is, another beautiful hawk. I usually see at least one every day, either during a ride or while driving up Kipling from home to the barn. Always a welcome sight!
