Today’s Marking – Jupiter lines
Where: Starting at heart, head, or life line up to index/Jupiter finger. It can even stand alone, as long as it angles up toward Jupiter.
What: Drive, ambition, achievement
Jupiter in mythology was the top God, head honcho, main dude. You could say all the other gods reported to Jupiter! So in the hands, Jupiter markings are about power, leadership, influence, drive, and ambition…all the stuff it takes to get to the top.
A Jupiter line is a relatively vertical line coming up from anywhere in the hand to the index, or Jupiter finger, either hand. It can start at the life line, head line, heart line, or stand alone in the mound under the Jupiter finger. The two Jupiter lines pointed out below originate at the life line in this hand.
Master path – Driven, ambitious, achievement-oriented, focused on getting what you want
Student path – Overly ambitious, over-achiever, can step on or hurt others to get ahead to get what you want
A Flagging Jupiter line is bent over, indicating sagging energy, lost drive or interest, may want to be driven but fall short. This is a rarely seen line.

A PERSONAL NOTE
What a silly boy! Elmer chases his tail in the bathtub and boy can it make a racket! He does this no where else, just in the bathtub. Every once in a while he’ll bring a toy in with him and bat it around, but most often, and I mean nearly every day, he jumps in there and chases his tail. When I peek in around the curtain he freezes and looks at me with complete innocence. He cracks me up! #lovemykitties
