[Hand Analysis] Lots and Lots of It!

Today’s Marking – The Professional Artist’s Line (the last in my Apollo lines series!)

Where: See the photo…A very long Apollo line running from just below the ring finger all the way down the palm vertically

MASTER: One of the basics of hand analysis is…the longer the line, the more time you spend in it. Keeping in mind that Apollo is about creativity, the longer your Apollo line (if you have one), the more creative energy and capacity you have.

The owner of a Professional Artist Line visualizes or imagines, then creates and implements their ideas. A singer will also write lyrics and music, and maybe even produce the songs as well. A dancer will create the choreography. Steven Spielberg initiates the idea, has the vision, and is involved from the ground up in writing, producing, directing. A cook will create their own recipes.

A professional artist line person spends A LOT of time, often most of their time, on creative activities.

Another basic to keep in mind…vertical lines like an Apollo line are ‘optional’ in the hands, so if they appear, they are important to know about.

STUDENT: Letting your fear of rejection stop you! Not expressing the depth and breadth of your creativity. Writer’s block or blocked creativity. Merely adding to or expressing someone else’s creation.

So as an example – I have one of these, albeit a bit messy. I cannot draw or paint to save my life. Most of my creativity is expressed via my writing, my intuition, my speaking, and my humor. I do enjoy cooking, especially baking. I will admit super fussy details test my patience, as with the Triple Chocolate Cheesecake below I made for some friends for Christmas. I did not create the recipe, but I did make a few changes and add a little of my own flair!

A PERSONAL NOTE

As referenced above, one expression of my creativity, a Triple Chocolate Cheesecake. Not perfect in execution, took several hours over 2 days (I will NOT be making this again), I had to use my creativity to fix my boo-boos, but sure tasted good.
