Today’s Marking – More about Saturn, or Fate, Lines
Ok first of all I taped this video over 3 years ago (pre-purple hair days). I was going to do another one, but decided to leave this one up because my kitty Elmer photo-bombed it right in the middle so I thought you might get a kick out of it!
Where: See the handprint below…The middle finger is called Saturn. Saturn / Fate lines start in various places in the hands but always run up toward the middle finger. Some veer off toward other fingers, and where they begin definitely matters!

A Fate line starting in the middle bottom of the hand and moving straight up is called a Self-Motivated or Self-Directed Fate Line. It means the owner of this line is loyal, goal-oriented, self-motivated, can work very long hours, and often does what is expected. I have one of these, but with a twist…it starts at the bottom but then takes a turn and curves up toward my index, or Jupiter finger. That means I used to do the expected, but in the past 20 years or so I’ve embraced my own ambition so I do what I’m excited about! (Part of what the index finger is about is leadership, ambition, and power.) Do you have a Fate line? What does it say about you? Stay tuned because I’ll covering more of them in the next episode!
A PERSONAL NOTE
Look closely behind the candles on the floor, there is musical quartet! They are playing Beethoven inside the Rocky Mountain Air & Space Museum. What a cool event and venue. Believe it or not I saw an ad on Facebook, bought the tickets, then asked my friend Nancy to join me. We had dinner first (my first dinner out in 143 months) and a lovely evening. The Velveteen Quartet was very good, they played pieces of all three Beethoven periods – Early, Middle, and Late.
