Today’s Marking – A Short or Tight Leash Life Line

Where: The Life Line originates above the thumb and below the index finger. It curves around the fleshy part of the palm adjacent to the thumb. Life lines present in many different ways and like all other markings in the hand, each way means something different!

The Tight Leash Life line runs close to the thumb, as indicated below.

What: A Tight Leash cuts off some of the Venus Zone, and Venus is about pleasure, fun, delight, luxury…a lover of life. This life line is afraid to venture out into the hand, indicating probable overall tentativeness.

The owner of this close-in life line may be timid, tentative about life, not sure about their place in life. They may want to do what parents would approve of, and may be afraid of moving away from family. They can keep getting pulled back to family obligations, beliefs, traditions, etc.

I don’t see these very often, but if you have one, and you feel sort of choked or cut off from some fun or pleasure that you have been afraid to embrace…do your best to step outside of family expectations and rules! Honor how they may have guided you in the past, but embrace your individuality!

A PERSONAL NOTE

OMG the cutest thing! Look at the little brown thing sticking a tiny bit above the grass next to Scarlett’s nose. This little birdie kept hopping over to stay close to her. Every time Scarlett would move her nose to graze in a different spot, the little bird would hop over to be close by. It didn’t faze Scarlett at all. I would love to know what that tiny thing was thinking…making a friend, felt safer next to a big friendly animal, teasing her…I have no idea but it sure was cute to watch!
